Transit incentive programs

I'm going nuts right now trying to locate some, either globally or domestic. I need to write a best practices report and have yet to find any data to compile. Let me know if your city offers any kind of special incentive to entice folks to utilize public transit.

Can't you smell that smell?

The smell of doomsday, death or is it just that of an intolerably lengthy period of disease looming overhead? Whatever this zephyr of a winter carries on it's warm breeze, it certainly won't be killing off virus and bacteria the way any natural Canadian winter would. While I love the opportunity for cycling and patios well into January, I would happily concede to the sofa, with a take-out Double Double and a friend for a cushion, knowing that the blustery blasts from without would bring a truly cleansing rebirth, come the spring.
